About the Role

We are looking for a Hindi Content Reviewer to join our UPSC CSE academic team in Lucknow. The role involves reviewing, refining, and quality-checking Hindi-medium study material to ensure that our content is UPSC-oriented, accurate, clear, relevant, and aligned with the requirements of the Civil Services Examination.

The ideal candidate should have strong familiarity with the UPSC syllabus, answer-writing requirements, and the challenges faced by Hindi-medium aspirants.

Minimum Eligibility

- Must have appeared for UPSC CSE Mains at least 2 times, OR
- Must have appeared for the UPSC CSE Personality Test/Interview at least once.
- Hindi must have been the medium of examination in the UPSC CSE attempt(s).
- Strong command of written Hindi, including grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and appropriate academic terminology.
- Good understanding of the UPSC CSE syllabus, examination pattern, and answer-writing expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and proofread Hindi content prepared for UPSC CSE courses.
- Evaluate content for factual accuracy, conceptual clarity, relevance, and UPSC orientation.
- Improve the language, structure, flow, and readability of study material.
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of Hindi terminology, particularly for subjects such as Polity, History, Geography,



Economy, Environment, Ethics, and Current Affairs.
- Review notes, answer-writing material, model answers, questions, explanations, handouts, and other course content.
- Check whether content adequately addresses the requirements of UPSC Mains answer writing.
- Identify factual errors, outdated information, ambiguity, repetition, and gaps in content.
- Suggest improvements to make content more useful for Hindi-medium UPSC aspirants.
- Coordinate with faculty, content developers, and academic teams to improve the overall quality of course material.
- Ensure consistency in formatting, terminology, style, and academic standards across Hindi content.

What We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who have personally experienced the Hindi-medium UPSC preparation journey and can bring an aspirant's perspective to content quality.

Candidates who have appeared for 2+ UPSC CSE Mains examinations or at least 1 UPSC CSE interview with Hindi as their examination medium will be preferred/considered eligible.
