Key Responsibilities

· Drafting and Negotiation: Write and review clear contracts, including scopes of work, payment terms, and risk clauses with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

· Financial and Billing Oversight: Manage project budgets, track cost variances, review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and process running account (RA) and final bills.

· Risk and Compliance: Ensure all work follows local laws, safety rules, and industry standards like FIDIC guidelines.

· Dispute Resolution: Handle unexpected costs, claims, change orders, and settle disagreements between parties before they lead to legal battles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.

· Experience: Robust knowledge of contract law, quantity surveying, tendering, and project cost control.

· Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, FARVISION ERP software, and basic AutoCAD.

· Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
