About the Role

HyndBrain Private Limited is looking for a smart, detail-oriented and tech-savvy AI Catalog Operations Associate to work on AI-powered product cataloging projects for leading brands and marketplaces.

This is not a traditional data-entry or cataloging role.

You will work with our proprietary AI cataloging platform, Column, along with tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, to process, review, troubleshoot and deliver high-quality product catalog data.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, AI tools and large datasets, communicates well in English, and most importantly, can independently figure out solutions when something doesn't work as expected.

What You'll Do

- Process client product data through our AI platform, Column
- Perform detailed Quality Control (QC) on AI-generated catalog data
- Identify incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent product information
- Correct and enrich product attributes, titles, descriptions and other catalog information
- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools to solve cataloging and data-related problems
- Manually handle exceptions when automated workflows are unable to produce the required output
- Troubleshoot basic issues independently before escalating them
- Validate final files against client and marketplace requirements
- Maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of product data
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients regarding data issues, requirements and deliveries
- Learn Column in-depth and become highly proficient in using the platform

What We're Looking For

- 0–3 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, cataloging, MIS, data operations or a similar role




- Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are welcome
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable using formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, text functions, filters, sorting, conditional formatting and duplicate detection
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools
- Ability to write transparent prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small errors
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to learn new software and workflows quickly
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and working independently

Educational Background

Candidates from BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Com, BBA, BMS, Engineering, Computer Science, E-commerce or related backgrounds are welcome.
