We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to support the Finance & Accounts function across Biogrow companies.

The candidate will be responsible for financial accounting, manufacturing and product costing, inventory accounting, ERP/accounting systems, MIS reporting, GST & TDS compliance, audit support, cash flow, reconciliations and day-to-day accounting activities.

The ideal candidate should have good experience in manufacturing accounting and costing, along with solid analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain manufacturing costing and product costing.
- Monitor raw material, production, inventory and finished goods accounting.
- Calculate and monitor product-wise cost, margins, wastage and production variances.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and profitability reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cost-control activities.
- Monitor receivables, payables, banking and working capital.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with auditors and provide required accounting information and documents.
- Support ERP/accounting software implementation and process improvements.
- Maintain proper internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Logistics, HR and Management for finance-related activities.
- Reduce manual and Excel-based accounting processes through system improvements.
- Identify accounting errors, variances and process gaps and take corrective action.
- Support the Accounts Manager in daily finance and accounting activities.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter / CA / CMA or equivalent.
- Candidates with strong practical experience in manufacturing accounting may also be considered.

Experience

- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong experience in manufacturing accounting and product costing is preferred.
- Experience with ERP / accounting software is an advantage.
- Experience in coir, cocopeat/substrate, agro-based, export-oriented or process manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
