Penguin Data Centre Pvt Ltd is a growing software company. We are looking for a Business Analyst Apprentice with internship experience or 0–1 year of experience to join our team and develop practical Business Analysis skills while working on live software projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Support senior Business Analysts in requirement analysis.
- Prepare basic user stories, BRDs, and process flows.
- Work with Development and QA teams to understand project requirements.
- Assist in preparing wireframes and workflow diagrams.
- Participate in testing and UAT activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of project requirements and updates.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Completed a Business Analysis course/training or certification.
- Internship or 0–1 year of experience in Business Analysis is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, JIRA, or similar tools.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in Business Analysis.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
