IIHM Hyderabad is looking for an experienced and agile Food & Beverage Service Faculty to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training to hospitality students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical classes in Food & Beverage Service.
- Train students in restaurant service, banquet operations, bar service, beverages and guest service.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments and examinations.
- Mentor students in professional grooming, communication and hospitality skills.
- Prepare students for internships, placements, competitions and industry opportunities.
- Participate in institutional events,
academic activities and industry engagement.
Eligibility & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry and/or teaching experience in Food & Beverage Service.
- Strong practical knowledge, communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and developing future hospitality professionals.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in reputed hotels, restaurants or hospitality education institutions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
