Job Title: Junior BDE – US Staffing
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Shift: Night Shift – US Shift (6:00 PM to 3:30 AM)
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Work From Home Requirements

- Personal Laptop – Mandatory
- Stable Internet Connection – 100 Mbps
- Quiet & Professional Workspace – Mandatory
- Power Backup – Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Find new clients through LinkedIn, emails & calls
- Communicate with US-based vendors and clients
- Understand client job requirements
- Coordinate requirements with the recruitment team
- Assist in sending suitable candidates to clients
- Follow up for interviews and feedback
- Maintain daily work reports
- Work towards business targets

What We're Looking For

- Good English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & LinkedIn
- Interest in Sales & Business Development
- Willingness to work in US night shifts
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
- Freshers are welcome
