Job Summary

We are looking for a Chat Process Executive with strong written communication skills to handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, website chat, and other digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for providing quick, accurate, and professional responses while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer and student enquiries through WhatsApp and chat platforms.

- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming messages.

- Provide accurate information about courses, services, fees, and other enquiries.

- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate team.

- Follow up with interested leads through chat.

- Maintain proper records of conversations, leads, and follow-ups.

- Escalate complex queries or complaints to the concerned department.





- Coordinate with the counselling, sales, and support teams.

- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Meet daily response, follow-up, and lead-handling targets.

Requirements

- Any Graduate / Diploma.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good written communication skills in English and Tamil.

- Good typing speed with accuracy.

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.

- Customer-focused attitude and valuable problem-solving skills.
