A Retail Sales Officer is responsible for selling products or services directly to customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the day-to-day sales activities of a retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, benefits, prices, and offers.
- Recommend suitable products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
- Generate new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and stock.
- Coordinate with the store, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor product availability and inform management about stock requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders,



and payments.
- Promote new products, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales area.
- Monitor competitor products, prices, and market activities.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer-service standards.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,844.65 per month
