Job Description: We are seeking an expert VMC Programmer with deep technical knowledge of CAM software and Mitsubishi controls. Our facility manufactures extremely high-precision components, requiring strict adherence to international GD&T; standards and tight tolerances. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between 3D design and flawless shop-floor execution on our Cosmos Smartmills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, optimize, and simulate 3-axis/4-axis CNC programs using Mastercam and SolidCAM.
- Develop highly efficient toolpaths for complex, tight-tolerance precision components.
- Directly interface with Cosmos VMC machines and Mitsubishi controllers to prove out new programs and optimize cycle times.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various aerospace/defense-grade materials (e.g., 4140 steel, ADC12).




- Interpret advanced engineering drawings, ensuring all programming aligns with strict GD&T; standards.
- Collaborate with shop floor operators and the quality inspection team (CMM) to resolve dimensional issues and tweak programs as needed.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated CNC/VMC programming experience in a high-precision manufacturing setting.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Mastercam and SolidCAM.
- Controller Knowledge: In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Mitsubishi controls.
- Engineering Foundation: Strong understanding of tooling, fixtures, material properties, and advanced GD&T.;

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

- CAM Software: 3 years (Required)
