The position also involves developing and deploying advanced technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that clients achieve market-leading outcomes through innovative approaches and comprehensive guidance.

- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platform architectures and integration strategies.
- Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value realization.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
