Job Description – Site Engineer

Position: Site Engineer

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing installation activities, ensuring projects are executed as per specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The role involves coordinating with project teams, supervising site work, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Supervision & Execution:

· He needs to go to the site for measurements

· He needs to submit the measurements of the Fire Curtains to the project manager / Management (Site Measurement Sheet)

· He needs to make sure that the clearance is there at site and make sure the dispatch process goes smoothly.

· Coordinate with the Installation team for shifting of the materials from the site to the floor

· Materials required for the installation to be kept ready like scaffolding/ ladders/ power to be arranged.

· Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is completed as per design and schedule.

· Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and other stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.





· Monitor the work done by the workers

· Mobile phones not to be used during working hours

· Installation and commissioning to be completed on or before the due date.

· He will need to make sure that there are no set backs or delay in the project completion.

- Material & Resource Management:

· Monitor material usage and ensure availability of required resources.

· Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material supply.

- Quality Control & Compliance:

· Inspect work quality and help the team during installation when required and e adherence to project standards and regulatory guidelines.

· Conduct site tests and inspections as required.

- Documentation & Reporting:

· Report project status and challenges to Project Manager / Management.

- Health & Safety Compliance:

· Ensure workers follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.

· Identify potential hazards and take preventive measures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
