Real Estate News Stringer (On-Field)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and curious Real Estate News Stringer who can work on the ground to discover, verify, and report real estate news, developments, and stories. The ideal candidate should have strong observation skills, valuable communication, and an interest in real estate, infrastructure, and current affairs.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct public interviews on residential problems.
-Cover real estate news and developments through on-field visits.
-Visit project sites, construction locations, events, press meets, and relevant locations to gather information.
-Identify breaking news, local developments, market updates, launches, policy changes, and interesting real estate stories.
-Conduct interviews with authorities interviews on infrastructure, housing issues.
-Capture basic photos and videos for news coverage using a smartphone/camera.




-Monitor local and digital sources to identify potential stories that require on-ground verification.

Requirements

-Strong interest in real estate, news, current affairs, and local developments.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong Hindi and basic-to-good English communication skills.
-Comfortable travelling locally and working extensively on the field.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver timely updates.
-Basic knowledge of smartphone photography and video recording.
-Journalism, Mass Communication, Real Estate, or a related educational background is preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to work on-field are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
