- Manage and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and key customers.
- Regularly follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, payments, complaints, and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer data and interaction records in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, accounts, and customer service teams to resolve customer issues.
- Track leads and enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare regular reports on customer activity, sales follow-ups, pending enquiries, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to increase repeat business and strengthen customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Support the sales team with customer communication and follow-up.
- Valuable communication skills, Excel/CRM knowledge, and experience in sanitaryware/bath fittings/building materials will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,690.18 - ₹20,000.33 per month
