About the Role

We are looking for an Editor + Motion Designer who can make expert knowledge look visually clear, premium and interesting.

This is not just a video-editing position.

The content will feature high-value properties, luxury homes, commercial projects and Vastu analysis, so the editor needs to communicate expertise through visuals.

The goal is to make the content feel more like premium property consulting and less like generic social media content.

What You Will Do

- Edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Edit YouTube case studies and long-form videos.
- Create motion graphics and technical visual explanations.
- Create floor-plan animations and directional diagrams.
- Add compass/directional grids and technical overlays.
- Create before/after property visuals.
- Highlight specific areas of a property while Girendra explains them.
- Create YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
- Work with the Content Strategist to understand the purpose of every video.
- Turn raw property footage into premium-looking content.
- Help develop a recognizable visual style for the brand.

Property → Floor Plan → Direction Grid → Problem Area → Explanation → Possible Correction





The visuals should help the audience understand the expertise.

What We Are Looking For

- 2–5 years of qualified editing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent tools.
- Good understanding of motion graphics.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and visual composition.
- Ability to make educational content engaging.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube.
- Ability to work with raw footage and create a polished final product.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

- Experience with real estate or luxury-property content.
- Experience with architectural visualization.
- Experience creating floor plans, diagrams or technical graphics.
- Experience with drone footage.
- Experience editing personal brands or expert-led content.

You will be judged on:

- Quality of editing
- Visual storytelling
- Motion graphics
- Retention/engagement
- Consistency of brand identity
- Quality of YouTube packaging
- Ability to make complex information visually understandable

Important

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to cut clips and add captions.

We need someone who can think visually and help turn expert knowledge into premium, high-trust content.
