We’re Looking for the Right Candidate!

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Compliance professional who has solid practical knowledge of statutory compliance, payroll, and labour laws and can independently manage compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus & Labour Law compliance.
- Handle monthly payroll inputs and statutory calculations.
- Ensure timely statutory payments, returns, and filings.
- Maintain employee compliance records and documentation.
- Handle UAN, PF transfers, ESI registration, employee declarations, etc.
- Coordinate with consultants and government departments when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Support audits and resolve compliance-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports.

Candidate Profile





- 2–5 years of hands-on HR Compliance experience.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Payroll & Labour Laws.
- Experience in handling statutory filings and compliance independently.
- Good Excel and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Candidates from construction, interior fit-out, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based industries will be preferred.
