Job Title : Client Delivery Lead / Associate Voice Process

Shift Details:

Night Shift: 20:30 Hrs. ~ 06:30 Hrs. (Work from Office)

Role & Responsibilities:

Taking both Inbound and Outbound calling.

Night Shift Voice Process,

Collaborating with team-members.

Customer service,

Voice customer support.

Follow approved workflows in responding to customer inquiries.

Skills Required:

Ability to speak English accurately and clearly.

Required Candidate profile: A few years of Call Center experience is ideal for this role.

Freshers or Experienced candidates who can speak multiple regional languages are preferred - Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam

Experience in any industry is okay.

Candidates must be able to talk in a friendly.

Tirunelveli candidates or willing to relocate only.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary : Up to ₹25,000/month (Max), depending on qualifications and experience.
