Profile Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Fresher/Intern to join our Operations Support team. The candidate will assist with day-to-day operational activities, coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and multitasking. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to gain practical exposure to business operations and the research publication industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the operations team with daily activities and team coordination.
- Support data entry, documentation, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Communicate updates, issues, and requirements clearly with relevant teams.
- Assist in process improvement and other operational activities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team/Department Head.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Master’s degree or any related field.
- Experience: Fresher / Internship experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the research publication industry.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, organized, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
