The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management, solar energy systems, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the procurement of strategic Planning, Vendor Managements, pricing negotiations, inventory/materials managements, Quality Assurance of inventory.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to senior management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to support project execution.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with vendors
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, design principles, and installation practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
