Location: Office 1709, 17th Floor, Lodha Supremus, Saki Vihar Road (Opp. MTNL Office), Powai, Mumbai 400072, Maharashtra, India

Working Hours: UK shift pattern, including evenings and weekends on a rota.

Salary: ₹32,670 per month + uncapped conversion bonus.

About the Role

Tooth Club is looking for an ambitious and target-driven Patient Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Mumbai.

This is a sales-focused role where your primary responsibility is converting inbound enquiries into booked consultations across our UK dental practices. You'll engage with prospective patients by phone, WhatsApp, email, live chat and social media, guiding them through their treatment options and helping them take the first step towards their new smile.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert inbound enquiries into booked consultations.
- Follow up warm leads to maximise conversion rates.
- Handle enquiries from Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, website forms and telephone.
- Build rapport with prospective patients and confidently discuss treatment options, finance and the patient journey.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM and booking systems.
- Work closely with the marketing and practice teams to maximise lead conversion.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to booking.





Essential Requirements

- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, lead conversion or customer service.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working UK hours on a rotating shift pattern.
- Experience handling enquiries through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp and other digital channels.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Positive IT skills and experience using CRM or booking systems.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
