Position:- Teleguide

Work Locations :- PCMC

Qualification:- Any Graduate

Work Times:- Monday to Sunday . Weekly off between- (Monday - Friday)- Any one day

Gender Preference:- Male / Female - Both OK
Salary Range.:- 20k - 25k

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills) -

- Excellent English Communication Skills.




- Ability to communicate with Premium Customers. -
- Analytical Skills & Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets -
- Team Management skills -
- Target Orientedness -
- Customer Service Orientedness
- Basic interest in providing guidance & education

Responsibilities :-

● Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions ● Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions

● Interacting with Silica centers

● Making Outbound calls to Silica Center.

● Exceeds monthly basis sales.

● Lead conversion

● Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
