Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with opening Demat and Trading Accounts
- Handle the complete account-opening process and required documentation
- Coordinate with customers for KYC, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, and other required documents
- Explain the process and features of different Trading Platforms / Investment Portals to customers
- Help customers with registration, login, and basic platform setup
- Coordinate with clients for account activation and resolve basic account-related queries
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into Demat/Trading account clients
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain proper records of account-opening leads, applications, and client details
- Coordinate with the operations team and trading platforms for smooth account processing
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for account openings and customer acquisition
Requirements
- Previous experience in the stock market, Broking,
Demat/Trading Account Opening, or Financial Services preferred
- Basic knowledge of the Indian Stock Market, Demat Accounts, and Trading Accounts
- Experience working with Trading Portals / Broker Platforms will be an advantage
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with online portals
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
