Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 5–8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SQL, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, MIS Reporting, and Excel, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

· Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

· Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data.

· Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.

· Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

· Develop meaningful dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

· Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, and data validation.

· Monitor key business metrics and KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across reports and dashboards.

· Automate repetitive reporting and analysis processes wherever possible.

· Work closely with business, operations, product, finance, and other teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.

· Present analytical findings, trends, and recommendations clearly to management and business stakeholders.

· Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical efficiency.

Required Skills

· 5–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst,



Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.

· Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, and window functions.

· Strong expertise in Data Analysis and data interpretation.

· Good knowledge of Data Visualization and dashboard development.

· Strong experience in MIS Reporting, management reporting, and KPI reporting.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formulas, charts, and data analysis.

· Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

· Strong understanding of data quality, reporting processes, business metrics, and KPIs.

· Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights.

· Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

· Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

· Experience in reporting automation and dashboard automation.

· Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and relational databases.

· Experience working with data warehouses or BI environments.

· Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and forecasting.

· Experience in developing and monitoring business KPIs.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
