We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor with 1–2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, education sales, or a related field. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process and achieving enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in enquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain the complete admission process and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
- Meet individual and team admission/enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, conversions, and pending applications.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
