Position: Customer Service Representative – International Chat Process

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹25,000 per month (In-hand)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international live chat.

- Provide prompt, accurate, and qualified responses to customers.

- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently.

- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity targets.

Eligibility

- Only candidates with International Chat Process experience.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication.

- Strong typing and multitasking skills.

- Previous experience in international customer support is required.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and from the office.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
