Management / BPCL OfficialsJob PurposeResponsible for supervising housekeeping operations across 10–12 BPCL COCO outlets, ensuring manpower availability, cleanliness, discipline, compliance, quality, and timely reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Performance ExpectationsPreferred Profile

- Visit and supervise all assigned BPCL outlets as per route plan.
- Monitor cleanliness of toilets, sales areas, offices, truckers’ facilities, driveways, canopies, parking and common areas.
- Manage manpower deployment, duty rosters, attendance, shifts, weekly offs and replacement staff.
- Ensure staff follow uniform, grooming, hygiene, discipline and safety standards.
- Conduct regular and surprise inspections and maintain quality checklists.
- Handle BPCL/customer complaints and ensure closure within 48 hours or prescribed TAT.
- Maintain attendance, inspection reports, cleaning checklists, complaint records and material consumption reports.
- Ensure 100% mobile app compliance, including geo-tagged attendance,



punches and before/after photographs.
- Monitor housekeeping materials, tools and equipment and prevent misuse or shortages.
- Coordinate professionally with BPCL Retail Outlet Managers and officials.
- Support audits, staff training, new site mobilization and emergency manpower arrangements.

- Experience: 2–5 years in housekeeping/facility/site supervision, preferably petrol pumps or similar operations.
- Skills: Manpower management, reporting, inspection, basic Excel/WhatsApp/mobile-app handling.
- Education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Location: Surat, Gujarat; willing to travel across assigned outlets.

Pay: ₹10,153.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
