Design Manager – Flipspaces

Flipspaces is looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead end-to-end design delivery for high-impact commercial interior projects.

Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Delhi NCR | Pune
Experience: 8+ years
Preferred: Women candidates

What you’ll do:

- Lead concept development, layouts, presentations and design delivery
- Manage client interactions and design approvals
- Prepare technical/working drawings and project schedules
- Coordinate with procurement, site and graphic design teams
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Drive winning pitches and strengthen client relationships

What we’re looking for:

- Strong commercial/corporate interior design experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills




- Robust portfolio of completed design projects
- Knowledge of GFCs, materials, costing and vendor ecosystems
- Experience in team management and process improvement
- B.Arch or relevant design qualification
