Primary Responsibilities:

- Drive product vision and strategy roadmap
- Engage appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment
- Lead the product across its entire lifecycle using defined processes and industry best practices
- Know the market, to effectively identify and frame new technology products
- Define solutions with high-value requirements, a compelling business case, clear product positioning, priority and strategic impact
- Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development, delivery, and adoption of technology solutions
- Manage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap and end-of-life decision as appropriate
- Serve as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es)

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of Technical Product Management or Product Owner experience
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements
- Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Solid Agile/Scrum and software delivery knowledge
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment
- Proven solid analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAFe, CSPO, PMP, or similar certification
- Healthcare technology or digital product experience
- Experience with cloud, APIs, AI, and platform modernization initiatives
