About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in HR operations and recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Help in drafting job descriptions and job postings
- Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal teams
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / any HR-related course
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
