Customer Communication and Collection

- Contact customers through outbound calls regarding overdue payments.
- Receive inbound calls related to payment queries and settlement requests.
- Explain outstanding dues, interest, penalties, and payment options.
- Remind customers about payment commitments and due dates.
- Recover overdue payments as per assigned monthly targets.
- Negotiate repayment schedules within approved guidelines.
- Encourage customers to make immediate payments through approved payment channels.
- Follow up regularly with customers until dues are cleared.

Documentation & System Updates

- Update CRM after every customer interaction.
- Record Promise-to-Pay (PTP), Refusal to Pay (RTP), Dispute, Wrong Number, Deceased, Shifted, and other call dispositions.
- Maintain complete notes for future follow-ups.
- Verify customer information whenever required.

Performance Management

- Achieve daily call targets.
- Meet monthly recovery targets.
- Maintain required PTP conversion ratio.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions.
- Improve customer satisfaction while maximizing recoveries.





Required Qualifications

- Graduate preferred (12th Pass may be considered with relevant experience)
- 0–3 years of experience in collections telecalling
- Experience in banking, NBFC or collection agencies preferred
- Freshers may also apply

Experience in banking, NBFCs, fintech, or third-party collection agencies is highly desirable.
