We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager to manage the complete store and inventory operations of our Chandigarh outlet. The candidate will be responsible for procurement coordination, inventory management, vendor management, stock control, quality checks, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely availability of all materials required for smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining stock.

* Plan and coordinate procurement of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, and operational materials.

* Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure there are no stock-outs or unnecessary excess inventory.

* Coordinate with Kitchen, Restaurant Operations, Finance, and Management to understand daily and upcoming requirements.

* Manage vendor relationships, including quotations, price negotiations, order placement, delivery schedules, and service quality.

* Verify the quantity, quality, expiry dates, specifications, and condition of all materials received.

* Ensure proper storage of food and non-food items according to FIFO/FEFO, hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.

* Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.

* Maintain accurate records of GRNs, purchase orders, stock registers, issue slips, wastage, returns, and inventory movements.

* Monitor food and operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and better inventory utilization.

* Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification, vendor documentation, and payment-related requirements.

* Monitor wastage, damages, expiry, and pilferage and take corrective action wherever required.

* Ensure the store and storage areas remain clean, organized,



hygienic, and audit-ready.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, statutory requirements, and internal audit procedures.

* Support management during stock audits, vendor audits, and internal inspections.

* Lead and supervise store staff, allocate responsibilities, and ensure discipline and productivity.

* Prepare regular inventory, consumption, purchase, and variance reports for management.

* Maintain adequate stock levels during peak business periods, special events, and promotions.

Candidate Profile

* 3–6 years of relevant experience in stores, inventory, procurement, or F&B; operations, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or premium hospitality establishments.

* Strong knowledge of F&B; inventory and store management.

* Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation, wastage control, and inventory systems.

* Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

* Good numerical, analytical, and organizational abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/POS/ERP systems.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

* Solid attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
