Job Description: Senior In-House Interior Designer

Role Overview

As our In-House Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing the interior design for our sample houses, residential apartments, and commercial spaces. You will work closely with our architects, site contractors, and sales team to ensure our properties are aesthetically appealing, functional, and market-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Space Planning & Concept: Develop initial 2D floor plans, spatial layouts, and design concepts for our ongoing real estate projects.

3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D renders (using AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or 3ds Max) to help our sales team and potential buyers visualize the finished properties.

Material Selection: Source and select cost-effective yet premium materials, finishes, lighting, and plumbing fixtures from local Ahmedabad markets.

Site Supervision: Visit project sites regularly to coordinate with site supervisors, carpenters, and contractors to ensure execution matches the design intent and quality standards.

Project Management:



Estimate project costs, create timelines, and manage the interior budget for sample homes or custom client requests.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven experience, preferably with a real estate developer or architectural firm.

Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software.

Strong knowledge of local building materials, vendor networks in Ahmedabad, and execution techniques.

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills to keep sites running on schedule.
