Your roles and responsibilities

- Design and develop best-in-class maintainable automation framework

Collaborate with the development team to ensure the product features are testable

Involved closely with the requirement discussions to develop an appropriate test automation strategy and solution

Continuously work towards increasing the test coverage of the product

-
Discover and analyse quality gaps and publish key metrics

-
Act as a quality owner of the product

-
Actively consult internal SMEs to identify potential areas of improvement and cover those as test cases

-
Analyse test case failures to determine whether it needs product code update or test case code update

-
Lead a team of automation testers

Job requirements

- 4 - 7 years of programming experience (preferably in automation testing tools)

-
Hands-on experience in web development technology stack (HTTP, JavaScript, HTML5, internals of web browsers, and any server-side programming platform)

-
Hands-on experience in Selenium & Extent reports

-
Willing to learn current technologies

-
Knowledge of agile software development

-
Good problem-solving skills & polyglot development mindset

-
Knowledge of CI/CD is a plus

-
Knowledge of Cucumber, JMeter, Postman etc. is a plus
