About the Role

Our client, a well-established name in the diamond and jewellery manufacturing industry, is looking for a dedicated Sign Language Interpreter to support effective communication with their hearing and speech-impaired employees ("SAP employees"). This role plays a key part in fostering an inclusive workplace by bridging communication between these employees and the rest of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time sign language interpretation to facilitate communication between hearing-impaired/speech-impaired employees and other staff, supervisors, and management

Support day-to-day workplace communication, including instructions, briefings, and general coordination

Assist during meetings, training sessions, and HR interactions involving hearing/speech-impaired employees

Help ensure smooth understanding of company policies,



processes, and any grievance handling for these employees

Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity while facilitating communication

Support documentation or written communication translation where required

Candidate Requirements

Proficiency in Indian Sign Language (ISL) is mandatory

Minimum 1 year of relevant interpretation experience (corporate/industrial setting preferred)

Valuable communication skills in English/Hindi/local language

Patient, empathetic, and comfortable working closely with hearing/speech-impaired colleagues

Prior experience coordinating in a factory/manufacturing or corporate environment is an advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
