Dispatch QA – Job Description

Job Title: QA – Dispatch
Department: Quality Assurance
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc

Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify finished goods before dispatch.
- Ensure dispatch activities are carried out as per GMP, SOP and approved procedures.
- Verify batch details, product name, batch number, manufacturing/expiry date and quantity.
- Check packaging and labeling compliance before release for dispatch.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR) and relevant documents.
- Ensure proper storage conditions are maintained for finished products.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, QC and QA for dispatch clearance.
- Handle documentation related to dispatch and product release.




- Verify shipment conditions and transportation requirements.
- Support investigation of dispatch-related deviations, complaints and discrepancies.
- Maintain proper QA documentation and records.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, SOP and documentation practices.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical warehouse and dispatch procedures.
- Attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
