Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive to coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth order execution, timely deliveries, and efficient logistics management.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery of materials.

Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and logistics requirements.

Ensure smooth execution of orders from receipt to delivery.

Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation or delivery-related issues.

Coordinate with internal teams for material availability, invoicing, and dispatch planning.

Ensure quality logistics services and adherence to committed delivery timelines.

Follow up with transporters and vendors for documentation.





Assist in inventory and stock movement coordination as required.

Might involve visits to supplier, transporter, warehouse, or customer premises as required.

Required Skills & Experience

Prior experience in operations, logistics, dispatch coordination, or SCM preferred.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple orders and follow-ups simultaneously.

Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, WhatsApp Business).

Knowledge of transportation, dispatch documentation, and logistics processes preferred.

Experience in metals, aluminium, industrial products will be an added advantage.
