Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Field Retail Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Hyderabad. You will act as the direct face of the company, visiting retail outlets, onboarding new retailers/dealers, demonstrating product value, and driving secondary sales within assigned territories across Hyderabad. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply, while experienced professionals will be evaluated for senior sales roles.
Key Responsibilities

- Market Coverage & Outreach: Daily visits to retail stores, Kirana shops, or assigned merchant outlets within specific zones of Hyderabad.
- Merchant/Retailer Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners to expand company presence.
- Order Generation & Sales Closure: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by collecting stock orders and upselling/cross-selling products.
- Relationship Management: Build solid rapport with existing retail owners and resolve inventory or service queries.
- Product Demonstration:



Educate retailers and staff on product features, schemes, margin benefits, and promotional offers.
- Market Reporting: Maintain daily log sheets/CRM updates on field visits, competitor activity, stock levels, and retailer feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High School (10+2) required; Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, B.A., etc.) preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 3+ years in Field Sales, Retail Sales, FMCG sales, or Door-to-Door marketing. (Freshers receive structured product/field training).
- Languages: Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is mandatory for local market interaction; basic English is a plus.
- Mobility: Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License is strictly required for daily field travel.
- Tech Skills: Basic smartphone literacy to handle field-tracking apps and submit daily reporting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
