Compliance Training
- Prepare and conduct compliance training programs for employees at all levels.
- Conduct induction and refresher training on company policies and compliance requirements.
- Train employees on:
- Labour laws and statutory requirements
- Code of Conduct
- Child Labour & Forced Labour
- Anti-Harassment
- Grievance mechanism
- Working hours and wages
- Disciplinary procedures
- Health & Safety
- Fire & Emergency Procedures
- PPE usage
- Environmental awareness
- Workplace ethics
- Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
- Buyer/customer requirements
Buyer / Social Compliance Training
- Support training requirements related to SA8000, SMETA/Sedex, BSCI, CTPAT, GOTS, GRS, OCS and other applicable standards.
- Understand customer-specific compliance requirements and convert them into practical training modules.
- Maintain training evidence required for buyer and third-party audits.
- Conduct awareness programs before scheduled audits.
Employee Awareness
- Conduct regular awareness sessions across production, warehouse, maintenance, security, canteen, hostel and other departments.
- Explain employee rights and responsibilities.
- Ensure workers understand grievance channels and welfare facilities.
- Conduct toolbox talks and department-level awareness sessions where required.
- Use posters, notices, videos and practical demonstrations to improve understanding.
3. Training Planning & Execution
- Prepare monthly/annual compliance training calendars.
- Identify training requirements department-wise.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, questionnaires and attendance formats.
- Schedule training without affecting production.
- Conduct training in different shifts.
- Ensure new joiners receive mandatory compliance awareness.
- Conduct refresher training for existing employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, interviews or observations.
4. Audit Preparation
- Review previous audit findings and identify training-related gaps.
- Prepare employees and supervisors for auditor interviews.
- Conduct mock audit/interview sessions.
- Ensure employees understand company policies and actual practices.
- Verify availability of training records and supporting documents.
- Follow up on corrective actions related to training deficiencies.
- Coordinate with HR, Safety, Quality and other departments during audits.

Maintain accurate records of:
- Annual Training Calendar
- Monthly Training Plan
- Training Attendance
- Training Materials
- Employee Training Matrix
- Induction Training Records
- Refresher Training Records
- Test/Assessment Records
- Training Effectiveness Records
- Trainer Details
- Department-wise Training Status
- Audit Training Evidence
- Corrective Action Training Records
6. Daily Activities
- Review pending and scheduled training.
- Conduct compliance training as per schedule.
- Conduct induction training for current employees.
- Follow up with departments regarding employees who have not attended mandatory training.
- Update the training attendance and employee training matrix.
- Check training gaps department/shift-wise.
- Conduct floor-level compliance awareness.
- Interact with workers and supervisors to identify compliance awareness gaps.
- Support audit preparation activities.
- Follow up on training-related corrective actions.
- Prepare daily/weekly training status reports.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
