QSarthi is looking for an experienced and passionate Mental Ability Faculty to join our academic team in Kota. The ideal candidate should have solid subject knowledge and the ability to teach mental ability and reasoning concepts in a simple, engaging, and effective manner to students of Classes 6th to 10th.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Mental Ability and Reasoning to students of Classes 6th–10th.
- Develop students' logical thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and reasoning skills.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, worksheets, practice material, and assignments.
- Cover topics such as:
- Logical Reasoning
- Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning
- Number & Alphabet Series
- Coding-Decoding
- Analogy and Classification
- Direction Sense
- Blood Relations
- Puzzles and Patterns
- Ranking and Ordering
- Mathematical & Logical Operations
- Data Interpretation and other relevant mental ability topics
- Explain concepts using simple methods, shortcuts, examples, and practical approaches.
- Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor student performance.
- Identify learning gaps and provide individual guidance where required.




- Prepare students for school-level and competitive examinations.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom environment.
- Track student progress and coordinate with the academic team when required.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of teaching experience in Mental Ability/Reasoning.
- Strong command of logical reasoning and mental ability concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain difficult concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Relevant educational qualification preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience teaching students from Classes 6th to 10th.
- Knowledge of competitive exam-oriented mental ability and reasoning.
- Ability to create engaging practice questions and study material.
- Comfortable using digital teaching tools and presentations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
