Professor – Pharmacy

Job Summary:
The Professor will be responsible for academic leadership, teaching, research, student mentoring, faculty development, and overall academic administration of the Pharmacy Department.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, practical sessions, seminars, and tutorials.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and academic resources.
- Guide and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Participate in curriculum development, examinations, evaluations, and academic planning.
- Mentor junior faculty members and support faculty development activities.
- Participate in accreditation, inspections, academic committees, and departmental administration.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with applicable PCI, UGC, university, and institutional norms.
- Organize and participate in seminars, conferences, workshops, and FDPs.
- Support student internships, placements, industry exposure, and professional development.

Required Qualification & Experience





- M.Pharm / Pharm.D / relevant Pharmacy qualification from a recognized institution, as applicable to the position and subject.
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy / relevant discipline as required under applicable regulatory and university norms.
- Relevant teaching/academic experience at the level prescribed by the applicable PCI/UGC and university regulations.
- Strong academic and research record with research publications in reputed journals.
- Experience in guiding UG/PG research projects or dissertations is preferred.
- Knowledge of PCI/UGC regulations, academic administration, and accreditation requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and research skills.
- Experience10 years (teaching/research)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
