Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer – ELV to join our Data Center Design & Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for ELV system design, engineering drawings, BOQs, technical documentation, vendor coordination and design coordination for Data Center and other mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and engineering of ELV systems for Data Center / Critical Infrastructure projects.
- Prepare design drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications and calculation sheets.
- Handle ELV systems including:
- Structured Cabling System (SCS)
- CCTV / Video Surveillance
- Access Control System (ACS)
- Fire Alarm System (FAS)
- Public Address / Voice Evacuation (PA/VA)
- Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
- IP-based ELV systems
- Review and coordinate vendor drawings, technical submittals and material specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, procurement and site execution teams.
- Resolve technical queries and incorporate client/consultant comments.
- Support design reviews, engineering handover and project execution.
- Perform value engineering for cost, performance and reliability optimization.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, NBC, IEC, TIA/EIA, IS Codes and project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, compliance records and engineering deliverables.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in ELV System Design
- Hands-on experience in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm,



PA/VA and Structured Cabling
- Knowledge of IP-based ELV solutions
- Good understanding of ELV design calculations and engineering documentation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience in BOQ preparation and technical specifications
- Vendor / consultant coordination experience
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office

Education

B.E./B.Tech in:

- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following sectors are preferred:

Data Centers | Critical Infrastructure | EPC | MEP | Commercial Buildings | Industrial Projects | Power Plants | Oil & Gas

Data Center / Mission-Critical project experience will be highly preferred.

Preferred Certifications

CCNA | CompTIA Network+ | CDCP | Lenel | Milestone | Other ELV / Data Center certifications

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have 4–8 years of relevant ELV Design experience, strong knowledge of multiple ELV systems, and hands-on experience preparing engineering deliverables using AutoCAD, BOQs, technical specifications and design documentation.
