Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced TGT Hindi Teacher to teach Hindi to students of Grades 6 and 7. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and student-centric learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach Hindi language, grammar, literature, reading, writing, and comprehension skills to Grades 6 and 7.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching resources, worksheets, activities, and assessments.
- Use innovative and activity-based teaching methodologies to make Hindi learning engaging.
- Develop students' vocabulary, communication, creative writing, and critical thinking skills.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide constructive feedback and individual support to students based on their learning needs.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, respectful learning environment.
- Integrate technology and digital resources wherever appropriate to enhance learning.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students' academic progress effectively.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers in curriculum planning and academic activities.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, clubs, and co-curricular activities.




- Maintain required academic documentation, student records, and assessment reports.
- Contribute to the overall academic and cultural development of the school.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- TGT qualification as per applicable school/board requirements.
- Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Good working knowledge of English for skilled communication.

Experience

- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school preferred.
- Experience teaching Middle School / Grades 6 & 7 will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in CBSE/ICSE/International school environments will be preferred.
