We are looking for a Beverage Experience Manager to lead our beverage program with a strong focus on guest experience, beverage innovation, team leadership and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

- Deliver exceptional beverage service and guest engagement.
- Drive personalised recommendations and effective upselling.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, service and hospitality.
- Resolve guest feedback with speed and professionalism.

Beverage & Innovation

- Develop signature cocktails, mocktails and seasonal beverages.
- Drive craft beer and beverage knowledge across the team.
- Introduce relevant beverage trends and innovative concepts.
- Ensure consistency in recipes, quality and presentation.

Operations

- Lead day-to-day bar and beverage operations.
- Maintain SOPs, hygiene, grooming and service standards.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, wastage and beverage costing.
- Coordinate procurement and vendor requirements.

Team Leadership

- Lead, train and develop the bar team.
- Conduct regular product, cocktail, service and upselling training.
- Manage rosters, performance, discipline and productivity.




- Build a strong culture of ownership and hospitality.

Commercial Performance

- Drive beverage revenue, margins and average beverage spend.
- Monitor beverage costs, sales and stock variances.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of relevant beverage/bar experience.
- Experience in premium restaurants, bars, microbreweries or hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, spirits and beverage service.
- Proven team-handling and operational skills.
- Robust understanding of costing, inventory and sales.
- Excellent communication, leadership and guest-handling abilities.
- Creative, energetic and commercially driven.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
