Telecaller

Department: Sales & Customer Support

Experience: 6 months to 1 Year

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month, based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

* Explain company products/services and share basic product information.

* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.

* Maintain daily calling and lead follow-up records in Excel.

* Schedule customer meetings and site visits for the sales team.

* Handle basic customer queries professionally.

* Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills:

* Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.

* Confident and polite phone conversation.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Sales and follow-up skills will be an advantage.

Preferred: Candidates with telecalling, BPO, customer support, or sales experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
