Job Description: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Salary: • Fresher: Minimum Wages as per state regulations • Experienced: According to company standards Job Responsibilities: • Source Business: Actively seek and source business from your assigned geography, building new customer relationships. • Business Growth: Be responsible for building business volume and driving growth through customer acquisition and retention. • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business. • Explore Opportunities: Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand customer base and revenue generation. • Travel: Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis to meet business demands. Requirements: • Education: No specific educational qualification required.
