We are looking for a Digital Marketing & IT Expert to manage both performance marketing and IT operations across our EdTech, Healing and Training businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads

- Manage lead-generation and conversion campaigns

- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions and ROI

- Manage social media and digital marketing activities

- Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting and A/B testing

- Track leads through CRM and analytics

- Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly campaign reports

IT & Technical Operations

- Manage and coordinate websites, domains, hosting and business emails

- Maintain CRM, lead forms, analytics and tracking systems

- Manage payment gateways and third-party integrations

- Troubleshoot website, software, hardware and network issues

- Coordinate with developers and external IT vendors

- Manage user accounts,



access permissions and IT assets

- Ensure data backup, security and system reliability

- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly

- Provide technical support to internal teams

- Maintain IT documentation and prepare regular IT reports

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred

- 2–3 years of relevant experience

- Experience in both Digital Marketing and IT Operations preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
