About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible professional to join our PUF Panel manufacturing and project operations team. The candidate will be responsible for production, quality inspection, coordination, installation support, and ensuring that PUF panels are manufactured and installed according to approved specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

PUF Panel Production

- Supervise day-to-day PUF panel manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth production flow.
- Check panel dimensions, thickness, density and appearance.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials.
- Monitor machine operation and production efficiency.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.

Quality Control

- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished PUF panels.
- Check panel thickness, length, width, joints and surface finish.
- Verify product quality against approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.

Project / Site Coordination

- Coordinate PUF panel installation activities at project sites.
- Ensure proper panel alignment, fixing, jointing and sealing.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and installation teams.
- Monitor site progress and report daily work status.
- Ensure work is completed safely and as per approved drawings.

Safety & Compliance





- Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Ensure workers follow protected working practices.
- Report unsafe conditions and incidents to the concerned department.
- Maintain housekeeping and workplace discipline.

Required Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Production or related engineering field.
- ITI candidates may be considered for suitable production positions.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in PUF Panel / Sandwich Panel / PEB / Steel / Construction industry preferred.
- Freshers may be considered for trainee positions.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of PUF / Sandwich Panel manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- MS Excel and basic computer knowledge.
- Problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Ability to work at manufacturing plants and project sites.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

- Production quantity and efficiency.
- Product quality and rejection percentage.
- On-time project completion.
- Material wastage control.
- Safety compliance.
- Productivity of manpower.
- Customer/site complaint resolution.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in PUF Panels, PIR Panels, Sandwich Panels, PEB Structures, Roofing & Cladding, or Industrial Construction Projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
