We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day transportation operations for our trucking business. The candidate will coordinate with drivers, customers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely movement of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily shipments, pickups, and deliveries.
- Communicate with truck drivers and provide necessary load and route information.
- Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and customers regarding shipment status.
- Track trucks and monitor delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, load details, and other logistics records.
- Handle appointment scheduling for pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor delays, route issues, and other transportation-related problems.
- Update customers and brokers regarding shipment progress.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, drivers, and deliveries.




- Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation requirements.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

- Experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, or dispatching is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Valuable problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable communicating with drivers, brokers, and customers.
- US/Canada trucking experience is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
