WE ARE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL ENGINEER)

We are a specialized construction company focused on delivering high-end luxury villas and premium residential projects. We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Project Manager – Civil Engineer to lead our projects from planning through successful completion.

Position: Project Manager – Civil Engineer

Experience Required: 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage high-end villa projects from mobilization to handover.
- Plan and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and manpower.
- Supervise construction activities and ensure the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
- Monitor project progress, costs, variations, procurement, and contractual requirements.
- Identify project risks and resolve technical and construction issues efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Lead site teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct regular site and progress meetings and provide detailed project reports to management.




- Manage the final inspection, snagging, commissioning, and handover process.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
- Proven experience managing high-end luxury villas or premium residential projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, structural works, and project execution.
- Excellent leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large project teams.
- Excellent knowledge of construction standards, quality control, and HSE requirements.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
