JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Safex Fire Services Ltd. is a 50-year-old family business and a leading manufacturer of fire safety equipment in India, with its Head Office in Mumbai and offices and factories across the country.

Position Details: Senior Accounts Executive
Experience: 3–5 years
Location: Ahmedabad – Ashram Road
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
CTC: ₹3.0 – 4.5 LPA, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and branch accounting activities.
- Check sales orders, invoices, E-way bills and dispatch-related documents.
- Handle expense bills and support GST return work and mismatch checking.
- Coordinate vendor payments with the Head Office.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and maintain payment records.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and bank-related documents.
- Maintain stock records for the branch and warehouse using Excel.
- Process attendance details for payroll and coordinate on leave records.




- Coordinate with the Head Office and other teams on branch-related matters.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant Accounts experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting, GST and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle work independently with good attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
